Holocaust comes into focus for D.M. teacher

After all these years, the barracks are still there.The same barracks in which women, mostly Jews, were housed during World War II as part of the Ravensbruck concentration camp in Germany. Jennifer Middleswart, a special-education teacher at McCombs Middle School, had the opportunity to stay in the same building that some 60 years ago was the site of an evil that still plagues many in thought to this day.”The things we got to see were absolutely amazing,” she said.
